This is semi-automatic 1000 kg capacity plant. MOC of this plant is SS316.
This consists of sieving of powder or any sort of flour through vibro sifter
• This sieved Powder is transferred to heating blender through Powder transfer system, where excess moisture is removed from the Powder and maintained the moisture as per client’s recipe
• This Powder is then transfer to cooling blender By gravity, where temperature of Powder brings down to atmospheric temperature
• After cooling the Powder to atmospheric temperature oil or any desire liquid is spread on the Powder in mist form. Special nozzles are used to get oil or any desire liquid spray in mist form. This Mist spray helps to avoid lumps in the product
• other ingredients are added and after desired blending product is taken out from bottom outlet of the blender.
• Due to its unique design of equipment positioning, this plant is compact in size.
