This is semi automatic 400 kg capacity plant. MOC of this plant is SS304.
This consists of sieving of MAIDA or any sort of flour through Vibro sifter
↳ This sieved MAIDA is transferred to heating blender through screw conveyor, where excess moisture is removed from the MAIDA and maintained the moisture as per clients recipe
↳ This MAIDA is then transfer to cooling blender through second screw conveyor ,where temperature of MAIDA brings down to atmospheric temperature
↳ After cooling the MAIDA to atmospheric temperature oil is spread on the MAIDA in mist form. Special nozzles are used to get oil spray in mist form. This Mist oil spray helps to avoid lumps in the product
↳ other ingredients are added and after desired blending product is taken out from bottom outlet of the blender.
